A faith-based group journey designed to help you heal emotionally, reconnect with your purpose, and rise in boldness and clarity. Includes live weekly Zoom sessions, an EmpowerHER workbook with journaling prompts, supportive sisterhood & community, and a graduation celebration & certificate. 1:1 Empowerment Coaching Session
A private, 60-minute coaching session to focus on your personal goals, spiritual clarity, emotional reset, or mindset shifts. Includes personalized coaching, prayer & guided reflection, and actionable strategies. Investment: $75/session (Limited availability)
Text-Based Coaching
Ongoing support right in your pocket. Stay motivated and accountable with daily check-ins, weekly reflections, and encouraging words. Includes daily M-F message support, faith-centered affirmations, and a weekly reflection prompt. Investment: $30/week.
Faith & Goal-setting Clarity Session
Need a reset? This one-time session helps you clarify your God-given goals and map a path forward—spiritually and practically. Includes a 45-minute virtual session, a faith-based goal planner, and a follow-up support email. Investment: $49.

Glp-1 Weight Loss Motivation Coaching
For women on their GLP-1 journey (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Zepbound, etc.) who want more than just the medication—they want mindset, motivation, and sisterhood. This coaching is designed to help you stay focused, encouraged, and emotionally supported while navigating your weight loss journey. Includes weekly check-ins (text or virtual), mindset coaching around body image, self-worth & motivation, meal prep tips, habit tracking & goal-setting, a safe space for questions, celebration & real talk, and a printable tracker + encouragement journal pages.
