Faith + GLP-1 + Grace = A Transformed You

Let me start by saying this, Sis: You are not alone.

I’ve been on this journey with you — quite literally. I started my GLP-1 journey on August 24, 2024, and let me tell you: it has been exactly that — a journey. There have been highs and lows, victories and valleys, moments of celebration, and days when I wondered if it was even worth it. But through it all, one thing has remained the same:

God has been with me every step of the way.

This Is More Than Weight Loss — This Is Warfare

Weight loss is not just about a number on the scale. It’s about freedom.

It’s about healing.

It’s about becoming the woman God already sees when He looks at you.

For many of us, food was a comfort. Overeating was a way to cope. And when that crutch is removed, it exposes the real wounds — the emotional ones, the spiritual ones, the ones we’ve tried to hide behind a smile.

But here’s the good news: Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free. (Luke 4:18)

You are not just losing weight — you are breaking chains.

And that, queen, makes this a spiritual transformation.

Let the Holy Spirit Lead Your Health Journey

Yes, GLP-1 medications are powerful tools.

Yes, you still need discipline and patience.

But nothing — nothing — replaces the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

There were days when my appetite was suppressed, but my emotions weren’t.

There were days when the scale didn’t move, but I still had to move forward.

And on those days, it was the Holy Spirit that whispered, “Keep going. I’m doing something deeper.”

Invite Him in.

Let Him lead your cravings, your mindset, your routine.

Because when God gets involved in your health — everything changes.

---

When It Gets Hard, Remember This:

🙌 God is your strength when your body feels weak.

💪 Jesus is your example when you want to quit.

🕊️ The Holy Spirit is your coach when your motivation fades.

It’s okay to feel frustrated. It’s okay to cry. Just don’t give up.

This is a process, not a punishment. Your body is healing, and so is your heart.

Philippians 1:6 says, “Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will carry it on to completion…”

And that includes this work in your body.

---

Celebrate Every Step — Even the Small Ones

If you made better food choices today — celebrate.

If you drank your water — celebrate.

If you didn’t binge when emotions rose up — celebrate.

If the scale didn’t move but you didn’t quit — girl, CELEBRATE!

You are not behind. You are not failing. You are not alone.

You are a walking testimony of what happens when a woman partners her health with Heaven.

My Journey, Your Journey — OUR Journey

Since August 24, 2024, I’ve learned that this isn’t just about fitting into old clothes.

It’s about stepping into new confidence.

It’s about loving myself enough to care for the body God gave me.

It’s about trusting Jesus with my health, my hunger, and my healing.

There have been setbacks — yes.

There have been silent battles — yes.

But I am STILL here. STILL standing. STILL surrendering.

And so are you.

---

Final Word: You Are Becoming Her

The woman God designed you to be — bold, beautiful, healthy, whole — she’s already within you.

You’re not becoming her by striving.

You’re becoming her by surrendering.

So keep showing up. Keep trusting God. Keep letting the Holy Spirit speak into your goals.

And remember this, sis:

You are unstoppable.

You are unbreakable.

You are unshakable — in Jesus’ Name.

This journey is sacred.

And you are worthy of the transformation.
